2. Invloved in plagiarism would lead to disqualification.
3. Submission might be in either tamil or English.
4. Violation in peace of other participants would lead to disqualification.
5. Submissions must not:
• Violate any third party rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademark rights, or rights of privacy and publicity.
• Contain defamatory statements.
• Include threats to any person, place, business, or group; or
(d) be obscene or indecent.
