About Event
The Final Door is a time-bound corporate turnaround simulation where teams of five assume C-suite roles — CFO, CMO, CAO, CHRO, and COO — to rescue a failing organisation. Participants navigate cross-functional challenges in Analytics, HR, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, solving strategic problems rooted in real-world business scenarios. Success depends not only on solving each domain but on sequencing decisions correctly. The event develops structured turnaround thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership under pressure in an immersive executive-style simulation.
