About Workshop
- The workshop dissects the complete operational arc of an end-to-end ML system, from unrefined data capture to a production-ready inference engine, exposing every functional dependency rather than isolating algorithms.
- The session forces participants to build a real pipeline: data cleaning, feature logic, model construction, evaluation, optimization, deployment, and continuous monitoring. The objective is architectural rigor, not toy-level experimentation.
- Attendees exit with a self-contained, reproducible ML workflow and the competence to design similar systems independently, including handling drift, scaling constraints, and integration into existing products.
