Rules and Regulations:

Participants should adhere to the time limit meticulously.
Accessing the internet or mobile phones can only be allowed in preparation time.
Usage of the above during debating sessions will lead to disqualification.
Abusive or vulgar usage of language during the debate is prohibited.
The decision of the judge is absolute and binding.
