" The 12-Hour Hackathon is a focused technical challenge designed to develop practical, innovative, and sustainable solutions to real-world engineering problems. The event encourages participants to apply theoretical knowledge to practical problem-solving within a structured and time-bound environment. Participants work in teams of three to four on problem statements provided by the organizers, ensuring clarity of scope and academic relevance. The hackathon is conducted in three structured review rounds, guiding teams through problem understanding, solution development, and validation through simulations or pre-prototype demonstrations. This format bridges the gap between classroom learning and real-world application, promotes collaborative engineering thinking, and strengthens design, analysis, and validation skills under time constraints."
