A opportunity to pitch the given research ideas through posters. Open to students to explore & unfold a whole new knowledge experience. Engage with experts and receive feedback while gaining visibility for your projects through E-Grid 2024.
Rules and Regulation:
1.Poster Topics will be displayed on the spot and the poster must be done using only Canva software.
2. Each team should consist of 3-5 participants only.
3. Posters should showcase research findings, problem details, innovative solutions, or advancements.
4.The content should be clear, concise, and visually appealing.
5. Posters must adhere to specified size and format guidelines, typically in portrait orientation. Dimensions will be clearly explained to the participants in advance.
6.Participants must submit their poster designs within the stipulated time. Late submissions may not be accepted.
7.All content included in the poster must be original or properly attributed to the respective sources. Plagiarism will result in disqualification.
8. Participants will be allocated specific time slots during the Conclave to present their posters. Presenters should be prepared to engage with attendees, answer questions, and discuss their work.
9. Posters will be evaluated based on criteria such as clarity of content, visual appeal, scientific rigor, innovation, and relevance to the EV industry.
10. Panel member’s decision will be the final decision.
